Julian Andy Gumbs  Founder & President of Applied Intellectual Waters Ltd. (aiwaters). At aiwaters, we provide intellectual thinking, through our intellectual properties and the use of advance cutting edge devices, to facilitate knowledge and improvements in the processes of recreational and decorative water. Because of this, we have made aiwaters a multi-regional energy conservation, water purification and application service provider. By understanding the unique requirements each region has for these open bodies of water, we are able to derive universal truths, which can be applied to each individual region.

    Mr. Gumbs received a B.S. from Georgia State University. During his time at Georgia State University, Mr.Gumbs excelled in his academics and was happy to take part in a prestigious internship with a U.S.Congressional task force. He was also recognized as a  Gate Millennium Scholar.

    Mr.Gumbs passion for clear water started at an early age. Born and raised on the popular Caribbean destination port of St.Thomas U.S.V.I., he became exposed to crystal clear water and white sandy beaches. Seared with this image in his brain, he set out to experience life in continental U.S.A in the mid 90's. At this time, Mr.Gumbs was already in the United States Military as a Military Police (MP) with the Virgin Islands Army National Guard. Upon his relocation, he joined the Georgia National Guard, where he continued to shine bright amongst his peers. He received the prestigious Army Accommodation Medal twice, Army Achievement Medal thrice and the Army Humanitarian Medal twice, all within a rather brief seven year military career. Even when he was given his Honorable Discharge, Mr. Gumbs was the top Sergeant candidate in the 48th Brigade Military Police Corp.

    With over twelve years of recreational and decorative water knowledge, Mr. Gumbs brings to his clients pioneering processes,
designed to address some perplexing questions. It's at this point, Mr.Gumbs has  brought Microbial Testing, Analysis &
Process (MTAP), Pool Efficiency
Quotient (PEQ), Fountain Enhancement  Quotient (FEQ), and
Seasonal Mapping /PEQ.  Mr.Gumbs honed his skills for these processes by directly interacting with over 5000 Metro Atlanta pools in a myriad of different ways, through water quality testing, system hydraulic improvements or corrective action applications. Aiwaters is proud to serve the  Atlanta and St.Thomas U.S.V.I. markets.
